I had a drive that was reporting this error. I was able to successfully remove the drive, replaced it with a brand-new enterprise drive. It added successfully and files loaded properly. Now when I am moving files into the pool, I am getting this same error on the new drive (using the same bay). I have tried manually putting files into the pool in and get the same error.
I also tried to remove another drive in my setup and DrivePool is now reporting this error on this drive as well. Hard to believe I have 3 bad drives. Is it possible DrivePool has a filesystem error?
I have ran chkdsk on both the original drive, new drive, and 3rd drive that I tried to remove from the pool and all reported no errors or bad sectors.
I am out of options here.

I'm not sure I understand your reply. Do I need to go to another forum to see the results of the Troubleshooter that I sent you? What "ticket" you are referring too other than this inquiry?

Just was able to finally get to your request and completed the troubleshooter successfully.

Thank you for the quick response.
Once the Scanner gave me the first file system error message, I ran CHKDSK and it didn’t report any errors. I also put it into another system and ran CHKDSK again without errors. Once I confirmed the disc was fine, I put it back into the array and cleared the errors manually. This is when I noticed that it was still reporting the previous disc size. I reset all drives in Scanner, it scanned all discs fine and reported no errors, however the size never changed. I have attached screenshots:

Hello,
I recently replaced a HD in my Mobius USB 3.0 5 Bay Array. DrivePool is all good and balancing is fine. However, StableBit Scanner scanned it with errors in the file system. However, I noticed that the HD specs and size are still showing the replaced HD information and size. I tried to to reset all discs and rescan without any change.
I appreciate any quick response. Thank you.
System.IO.IOException: The drive cannot find the sector requested.

Hey there,
The error I was getting was apparently coming from a faulty controller in my enclosure. I ended up having to replace it and the issue was resolved after putting in a ticket and Chris was able to help me determine this.
Good luck.
