Hey Ben, good you found it! Yeah, that balancer plugin was exactly what I was referring to!
@Christopher (Drashna) , the balancing plugins manual page seems to be outdated here. It says "File Placement Limiter" while this balancer is now actually renamed to "Drive Usage Limiter".
