did you ever thought about some Explorer integration of Drive Pool? I love the replication feature for single folders on a pool but I find it a bit inconvenient to set it and see for which folders it is set so two things came in my mind:
1) Set Replication via context (right click) menu
2) Make Replication visible with a folder label
I did a quick mock up, so you can see what I mean..
