[license problem for days]

this is the exact error no matter what I do I reset I clean reinstall 

They are replying on support only 24 hours and pointing to wiki when it clearly says license not found something definitely broken here 

I cannot access my own drive for days, there should be ways to fix things fast enough so paid customers dont need to summer 

this is not just sad its unacceptable
