    Balancing?

Hello, I have DrivePool 2.0.0.420 installed. The DrivePool it self is working just fine, however balancing is not. I have 10 drives in the pool and none of them are at equal space. For example. The F drive has 20. GB of free space while the L drive has 1.45 TB of free space. The Settings I have set are: Balance Immediately Triggers: If the balance ratio falls below: 85% Allow Balancing plug-ins to force immediate balancing For the balancers: I have Disk Space Equalizer as number 1 with settings Equalize by the free space remaining and file types are both checked Anyone have any ideas why the drives won't balance? Thank you
  2. I installed the DrivePool 2.0.0.420 yesterday. My balancing is way out of whack and all drivepool says it is doing is "checking" it has been at 4.4% for a while now. Is this normal? Should it be going quicker?

    Write Premissions?

Hello all, I am hoping this is in the right place. If not I apologize. I have some questions on how to allow read/write permissions on Windows Home Server 2011. I am going to explain my set up a little bit and hopefully someone can help me with my issue. I have a Windows Home Server 2011 machine. It does have Stablebit Drive Pool installed. I also have a Raspberry Pi with Raspbian installed. I want to be able to download files on the Raspberry Pi and save them to the Windows Home Server. I am able to mount the Server Folder that is part of my shared drive created by Stablebit and I can see all the folders and files in the I drive, which is the drive created by Stablebit. The issue I have is when I try to download a file to one of the folders in the I drive from the Raspberry Pi, I always get a message access denied due to permissions. I have set all the user accounts to allow read/write access and when I mounted the drive I used the login info for one of the users for authentication. Anyone have any ideas how I can this to work? Thank you,
  4. I rebooted it a few different times. I will do the Log Collection tonight. Thank you, Anthony
  5. Hello all, I am having a little issue with DrivePool. I have used it for a few years with no problems but have a funny one now. I have a hard drive that has the system partition and the rest of it is part of my drive pool. Originally my system partition was 60 GB and the rest of the drive was part of the pool. I decided to re-partition the system drive and increase it to 120 GB. I used gparted to take away 60 GB from the D drive (which is part of the pool). I than used gparted to move the D drive partition behind the un-allocated portion, than I used gparted to increase the C drive (which is the system drive). Everything went fine and after finishing with gparted my server booted up as normal. The pool systems to be working fine. However, when I click on the pool tab under the Server Folder and Hard Drives, it says under the Not in pool section that the D drive can be added to the pool. However when I click to add it to the pool it says "Error adding drive to the pool. Cannot add the same disk to the pool twice" When I look at the total capacity of the pool it shows correctly, as in it shows the correct amount with the D drive included. Anyone know of a way to correct this is so it doesn't say the D drive can be added? Any help would be great. Thank you
