How does drivepool choose where to move data to if you remove a drive?

So i need to get data moved from one disk to another because im going to be removing the disk its on now and replacing it with a different disk.  problem is I want the data thats on it, moved to a specific disk.  

would drivepool respect the hierarchy I have set in the ordered file placement plugin if i click remove?

Not sure, I believe it will try to balance it across existing drives.  Depending on your balancing settings, you could assign drive letters to the drives you want to move data between and enter the hidden poolpart folders and cut and paste the media from drive to drive.

It follows the normal balancing, rules.  

But you can use the Drive Usage Limiter if you wnt to clear out a specific disk or two.
