(eg "https://stablebit.com/Contact/######"), and you should have been sent an email, with the subject "[StableBit.com] Inquiry Sent (######)", from "no-reply@stablebit.com". So, you may have the link in your browser history. But you should have the email, for sure. Though, double check the junk filter, as it may have flagged it.
