CloudDrive folder auto opening on Windows Start Up

Windows 10? 

If so, Settings -> Devices -> Auto play. 

It's likely set to "Open folder to view files".  Set this to "No action". 

Specifically, when you boot, the drive is then mounted.  So it's considered a "new drive" every time, and follows the auto-play settings for USB drives (since it's seen as a USB/removable drive).
