You should always be concerned about the disk health.

 

However, if this number isn't changing (or more specifically, continually growing), then there may have just been a defect on the disks surface. 

However, if this number is rapidly OR continually growing, then move the contents off of the disk and RMA it, as this would indicate a serious (and probably mechanical) issue with the disk.
