Defrag SSD

Yeah, no, it's not needed, and may actually reduce the longevity.

The main reason to defrag files on a hard drive, is so that the data is more sequential.  This means less travel for the read heads in the drive. Which means faster access times. 

Since an SSD is all NAND flash, it's all pretty fast.
