PoolBoy
How can I scan a single drive? The scan button starts scanning all my drives. The only test for one disk is the one that tests the throughput. Is that what the scanner button does?
0 Umfriend
In Scanner, expand the HDD (i.e. click the +-sign to the left of the HDD), press the smaal blue Play button, presto!
0 Christopher (Drashna)
Keep in mind that this may disable automatic scanning, though. It should show the current status at the top of the window. Also, if the drive has been recently scanned, this will do nothing, actually. You'd want to use 2 buttons below that to clear the scan status of the drive. Then StableBit Scanner will attempt to scan it.
0 Umfriend
Alternatively, if the HDD had been scanned in the past, you could expand the HDD, choose the bottom small drop down box and select Mark All Readable Blocks Unchecked.
