License not transferring

My stablebit scanner is greyed out and asks for "start license transfer"  I check my license number and hit "update license" and it responds "license transferred"  but I am no further forward.  Everything is still greyed out and "transfer license" is up again

Nevermind.  I repeated the last advice to delete everything in ProgramData and then in AppData and this time it worked, probably because I searched appData and manually deleted every single file.  I restarted Scanner and entered my license freshly and this time it took it.

AppData is for user accounts, ProgramData is for services and the like.

 

And if you want, upgrade to the latest beta version, as it should help prevent this:
