0 Jaga
Normally you'd want to uninstall it manually to de-activate the license across the web. If you can't, you can always send a contact request in to support asking them to do that (giving them the email address you registered the software with, and the activation key). The contact link is https://stablebit.com/Contact More information on Clouddrive licensing can be found here: https://stablebit.com/Support/CloudDrive/Licensing
0 Christopher (Drashna)
Depends on how it goes bad. If you're able to, you'd want to deactivated it first, and then you can activate it on a new system. Otherwise, yeah, you'd need to contact us, and we can deactivate it. And to clarify, uninstalling the software does not deactivate it.

Thought the Deactivate UI feature was for de/re-activating without uninstalling. One more note for my personal KB...
0 Christopher (Drashna)
Yeah, no. Uninstalling doesn't deactivate it. So you can uninstall it and install a newer version, if needed.
