I have a drive suddenly appearing as "Other"

Hi, I have a pool that started acting a little funny today. I have a drive that is a part of the pool but it suddenly is appearing as "other."
The poolpart folder on the drive is "empty" with no other files present outside the folder. I can't get drivepool to add the files back into the pool. I have tried rebalancing and resetting all settings. The drive is healthy.

Please advise if any idea how to get this drive back into the pool.
Tried the customer support page but it's returning an error. 

I have attached an image of the application screen. The drive in question is temporarily named "S"

By chance, do you have two hidden "PoolPart.xxxx" folders?  

If so, then this guide should cover how to fix things:

Otherwise, you have a "poolPart.xxxx" file?  If so, the directory got corrupted, unfortunately.  CHKDSK may fix things (but may dump things into a "found.###" folder), or you may need to run data recovery (testdisk+photorec, recuva, etc).
