William9523 Posted April 15 Posted April 15 Why is there so many media/data integrity errors? What are they? How to keep from them? What to do about them? Is the system / drive about to fail? Help I'm very novice about this so help the dumb person Quote
0 Shane Posted April 16 Posted April 16 That number is so crazily high I'd strongly suspect it to be a sign error or the like where the value is being read incorrectly from the drive. 1. Is there an option to Submit the drive's health to StableBit for analysis? If so I would use that. 2. If the drive is otherwise functioning normally, I would suggest selecting to use "Ignore warning..." and pick the option to only alert you if the value changes. Quote
0 Christopher (Drashna) Posted April 25 Posted April 25 Yeah, that looks a wrapping error. And yes, there should be a "submit to Stablebit" option. Either way, would be a good idea to hopen a ticket at https://stablebit.com/Contact, at the very least so we can handle this better. Quote
