abudfv2008
Hello I have got a problem with DrivePool and Scanner. When I switch to another user I get DrivePoolUI and ScannerUI occupying 1 processor core at 100%. In attachment you can see this 25-30% of CPU (4cores) usage by each User Interface. I haven't noticed such behaviour with CloudDrive yet. Windows10 Pro, DrivePool Beta 2.2.0.740.
0 Christopher (Drashna)
Open a ticket for this at https://stablebit.com/Contact. The next time you observe this happening, run the StableBit Troubleshooter. http://dl.covecube.com/Troubleshooter/StableBit.Troubleshooter.exe Set the information in it, and select StableBit DrivePool or StableBit Scanner for the product (whichever is exhibiting this issue at the time). Select "Submit user interace memory dump" when this is occurring and hit "Submit. This will dump the process information to disk and then upload it to us. We can then use this to help identify the cause, so we can fix it. That said, are you using antivirus software on the system? And if so, which? 0 Christopher (Drashna)
Sorry, I had some unexpected health issues, and have been "out of office". Alex has been handling tickets, and we may have taken a while to get to your ticket. That said, if we haven't responded at this point, please let me know what the ticket number was.
