0 Freppa
If you are running a late version (.83x, it seems to work flawless, however before that it was a bit of a gamble. Try making the cache small so you only have to upload a small amount and try.
0 Christopher (Drashna)
No, you don't need to detach the drive. However, there is some cleanup that has to occur before we can safely shutdown. Because of this, the 'StableBit DrivePool Native Service" will delay the shutdown until we're ready. Specifically, data needs to be flushed to the drive before we can safely stop the software, otherwise, you risk data corruption. I say risk, because unplanned reboots is probably the most tested aspect of our software (intentionally and otherwise). If you are running a late version (.83x, it seems to work flawless, however before that it was a bit of a gamble. Try making the cache small so you only have to upload a small amount and try. There were some memory leaks prior to 1.0.0.810, and some other issues prior builds. But nothing specifically around the 830' builds dealing that that. however, that was when we introduced the some recovery stuff for Google Drive.
