Spider99
Before i do this wanted to check what is likely to happen I have a pool in pc A and i want to move the drives to pc B But pc B has an existing pool So will the drives be added to the existing pool once connected? - Hope not as Poolpart should be different? Or will a second pool be created - automatically? Or will the drives just appear as "new" drives and i can create a new pool? 0 Christopher (Drashna)
1. The drives will not be added to existing pool. 2. The second pool in PC2 will not be automatically created. 3. You will have to create the second pool. Yes and no. Specifically, each pool as a unique ID generated for it. If the pool ID's don't match, they're part of separate pools. So if you connect a second set of pooled disks to the system, it will create a second pool drive, automatically.
