stc
Hi, StableBit CloudDrive looks like a great product. Is there a setting I cannot find or that is undocumented to have my StableBit CloudDrive use a specific subfolder within my cloud storage? 0 Christopher (Drashna)
There is actually a hack for this. However, it's only supported for Box, at the moment. Otherwise, some providers don't actually allow us to do this. DropBox is one of those providers, as everything has to be under it's "App" folder. And the enterprise providers don't support this, as they don't really "handle files", Just data "blobs". That said, I believe that we did plan on implementing this for all of the providers that support it, in the future.
0 stc
Thanks, looking forward to see it. Compared to ODrive and Boxcryptor, StableBit CloudDrive is the only one with good anonymity, it has filename and file size obfuscation, just missing that folder name! 0 stc
Just to set expectations, is it technically feasible for Amazon Drive and Google Drive? Dropbox has been ruled out as you said.

Dropbox has been ruled out as you said. For Google Drive, yes, this should be possible. I'm not sure about Amazon Cloud Drive, but I believe it should be possible for that as well. stc
0 pillowthief
Sorry to bump this old thread. Just one info. I'm wondering if it is now possible to use custom path for StableBit CloudDrive folder other than root dir in Google Drive(and other providers)? 0 Christopher (Drashna)
Not yet. Some providers do support this already (namely Box, and this was due to a business account requirement that isn't present in Google Drive or other providers). I think this was already flagged, but let me reflag: https://stablebit.com/Admin/IssueAnalysis/27474
