Disk Performance panel no longer shows active files

Just a minor annoyance: The Disk Performance panel in the lower right side of the window used to list files currently being read or written. Now it never does even as lots of activity is happening. Is this known?

For me its a bit hit and miss

 

Copying to the pool - files appear

During a balance - if files are being moved within the archive disks - to balance up disk space etc i see files being moved

But if files are being moved out of the ssd cache then i have no disk activity apparently

This only displays activity though the pool driver.  So if the access is happening outside of the pool, or it is balancing/duplication, it won't be reported here. 

 

That said, it may be that the performance counters are corrupted. If this is the case:
