Changing Cache Drive

I want to change the cache drive for my ACD drive.  I want to get the cache off my OS boot disk and onto its own disk.  The only place I have seen that allows for specifying the cache drive is when the cloud drive is initially set up.  How do I go about changing the cache disk to another disk after the cloud drive is already set up and storing data?  I am using the 1.0.0.766 BETA.

Yup, you need to detach the drive, and then reattach it.  While reattaching it, you can specify the cache drive.

I came here to ask the same question. Want to move my Cache from my 2 TB to my 4 TB hard drive, it is currently uploading at 400 GB worth of data and I'd like to move it without losing any data.

Really easy to do, just dismount the drive and remount it to another one. You will lose your cache.

And if the cloud drive is part of a drive-pool as an archive drive?

You'd need to wait for it to finish uploading first.

Then you'd detach the drive and reattach it. 

There is no way to change it "live", for the same reasons that you cannot do that for the Windows Pagefile, actually.

The drive will show up as missing, until it's reattached.
