Plex Error with CloudDrive

Hello,

 

When trying to play media from my cloud drive I receive an error saying there was a problem playing the media. I can only stream the media if I manually refresh the item on my plex server right before I want to watch it.

 

Are any other users experiencing similar problems and/or have any solutions?

looks to me like plex is loosing the link with the remote media

 

are there any special addon's / settings for using ACD with plex?

Well, specifically, it looks like it was taking too long to get the file. 

 

What size cache are you using? 

What size chunks are you using? 

 

Have you changed the prefetch options?

Cache size is 20GB

Chunk size is 20MB

 

Prefetch Trigger: 1MB

Prefetch Forward: Tested values between 10 and 300MB

Prefetch Time Window: 600 seconds
