Frequent I/O error Windows 2012 VM

ilbozo

Question

I am getting frequent issues with CloudDrive disconnecting from my Google Drive for Business account.  I have been updating to more recent versions every few weeks to see if it resolves the issue, but to no avail.  I am Windows Server 2012 Standard R2, with 1.0.0.722 installed.

Any recommendations on how to trouble shoot the issue, logs etc?

Rate Limited Exceeded warnings in the UI, right?

If so, this is a known issue that we're looking into.

That's correct, saw your other post, thanks.

I am in the process of migrating to a new server, and have the option to refresh the whole storage setup.  Is it worth creating a new drive on some like .725 instead of maintaining the current drive that was created with .463?

Yes. There are a number of significant changes implemented afterwards.  Some of which are debated (there is a decrease in chunk size due to "quota" errors due to file size and the number of queries).

Personally, I would.
