Sharing drive on network

Any plans for this feature? Trying to use the windows options gives "This drive cannot be shared". Going into advanced sharing puts it on the network but any requests to it just throw a bunch of errors.

I can share my drive just fine using the windows sharing

If you're receiving errors with advanced sharing, you haven't setup the permissions properly. Googling can help.

Yup, it should work, but it does require read/write/execute permissions. 

 

Could you check both the SHARE permission for the folder in question *and* the NTFS permissions for t he share and path in question?
