What OS are you using? What version of StableBit CloudDrive are you using? And are you using a microsoft domain name for the account (eg, @live.com, @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, etc)? I have office 365 Home subscription with 1Terabyte OneDrive 2. On Windows Server 2012 R2 3. CloudDrive version 1.0.0.463 4. Using @outlook.com I've had this problem ever since installing the program over a week ago, kept trying and decided to open a ticket today.
