BitLocker is the easiest option here. As for best, that really depends on whom you ask.  

 

 

If you use the 2.2.0.651 version (the public beta), the "BitLocker_PoolPartUnlockDetect" option is enabled by default. 

Otherwise, you'll need to manually enable the option:

Encrypt the drives, and you should be good to go. 

You'll need to unlock the drives at each boot, or you'll need to encrypt the system disk first and enable the "auto-unlock" option for the drives.
