This is on the built in eSATA port, correct?

And I'm guessing you're using a multi-bay enclosure, where one of of the disks (likely slot 1) matches the information here?

 

If so... this is unfortunately a limitation a of the Silicon Images based eSATA controller. It passes on wrong disk information to the OS, and there really isn't anything we can do.

 

However, if you would, on the "SMART details" for on the of the disks, check the "Submit to BitFlock" option, and post the ID it generates here.

Yon the built in external eSATA port. Which information do you use. BitFlock id 388I14TA.

 

However: The Window disk manager also gets the correct size of the disk. I also tried HD-Tune (freeiware and professional version) which also reports the correct size. So still think it is a bug.
