acdcking12345
So I have my main drivepool of 8 drives and a second drivepool with 4 drives. My question is this: Can I have duplication on my first drivepool and no duplication on the second drivepool? I am copying a folder from the first drivepool to the second one that has duplication turned on. so it looks like it is duplicating on the second drivepool as well. 0 Christopher (Drashna)
Absolutely. The duplication is set per pool, per folder. And if you're copying from one pool drive to another, it should be just a normal file transfer. If the pool is indicating it's duplication, it may be checking the duplication status. But after copying the folder, open the Folder protection/duplication status and check to see if it's duplicated or not. If it's improperly duplicated, then let me know.
