Help with balancing

I want to remove all the unduplicated files from Drive H.  I set the Drive usage limiter setting as seen in the picture.  Pool shows new unduplicated files limit as 0%.  But as you can see, it is not moving the unduplicated files out of the drive. What am I missing?  Windows 10x64 2.2.0.651

Basically: Normal in your situation.

 

Because the other drives are already over 90% full (I'm not sure, but that's what it looks like), the settings right now, it won't move anything out of the drive. 

 

Change the slider to "100%" instead of "90%". This will help. But ... 

 

However, because you don't appear to have enough room to move all of the data off of the specific disk, ... it won't be able to move everything. (and in fact, other balancers may actively prevent this. such as the "Prevent Drive Overfill" balancer).
