I recently purchased a Terramaster C5-300 DAS. I put 1 new 12tb drive into it, along with several old 1tb drives. It is currently connected via USB (not 3 I think, I need to get a new cable so I can go C to C)
Stablebit scanner says smart info is not available. I have tried turning on unsafe mode, and it still says unavailable. But CrystalDiskInfo can read smart data for all of the drives.
When grouping by controller, stablebit lists the controller as :
Intel 5 Series/C200 Seiries Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller 1C26
Running latest scanner (2.6.3.3969)
Just came across the testing tool from the compatibility thread
Using ScsiMiniportPortDriver shows the "General" section green. The WMI sectino all red. And the 3rd section shows SMART status/attributes/thresholds green, but power and error red.
ScsiPassthrough shows top greed, WMI red. attributes/threshholds/error green. status/power red. scsipassthroug48 shows the same. Using the "USB" checkbox instead of direct method is same.
