Windows reinstall - Drive is encrypted

I reinstall windows 10, however, I failed to uninstall the Stablebit and deactivate before reinstalling windows 10I've downloaded Stablebit CloudDrive and I have the Unlock button available. When I get to the next screen it ask for a Password key, assuming it's my Activation ID. It doesn't seem to recognize it because the "Key format must be valid" indicator doesn't change. I'm stuck and can't use my license. I don't want to destroy my drive. How do I fix this? Created a ticket #1924019. No response yet.

For the encryption key used here, there should be what you used and a hex variant that starts with a H.  And it won't be the same as your Activation ID.

If you do not have this, the drive cannot be unlocked. There is no way for us to help unlock the drive. You have to have the unlock key here.
