Well, this is what I did, I moved the new folders to the pool after adding a 1 to the end of the existing folders names. The renamed the existing by removing the (1) and allowing them to be merged. Any thoughts?

Big crash. Had to add a drive, new board-intel from amd- so I had to reinstall as backup kept crashing. Now license is not working (another issue) but all my data is still there on the pool, but the backup folder and all the other folders that windows sets up , I am unable to move them- it tells me that the folders already exist, of course they do.. I just want to point server 2011 to the existing folders so backup will work and I can access videos, ect. from my other machines. what to do?
