I still have my zipped up drive tracing logs from before. I just submitted them to the dropbox again. For the Troubleshooter, which data should I be submitting? Edit: I see there was an "All" option. I went ahead and selected that. It stated that it finished uploading this information. It should be under my account's e-mail.

I'm in the process of making the log right now. For comparison sake, Stablebit Scanner shows the following activity during the test. also this

Are there any files I should remove from the service folder before performing the drive tracing? I see that there's a lot of old logs and such in here and I wouldn't want something to conflict and show something else as a problem.
  8. I was originally wondering what happened to the fast responses I'm normally used to on the forums and noticed the whole cloud drive forum hadn't had any replies. Then I went up a level and saw little replies from anyone! Then, I found this lonesome thread with updates recently. Take your time and feel better man. We all appreciate your help on this forum. It's been lonely without you, so I'm glad to see that you're back .

I do not have any space concerns on my drive (1 TB Free). It is contained in a fixed size vhdx. I'm currently on 1.0.0.854 of Stablebit CloudDrive. When I initiate a transfer from a source HDD to the HDD the VHDX resides on, it transfers at >100 MB/sec When I transfer from the same source HDD to the inside of the vhdx, it transfers at ~80 MB/sec. When I transfer from the same source HDD to the mounted Stablebit CloudDrive, it transfers at ~3-8 MB/sec. The speed bounces around and is not consistent. This did not use to happen and nothing has changed in my hardware. The only thing that has changed is my stablebit CloudDrive version, which I'm not sure which specific version introduced it. my cache size is set to minimal if that makes a difference as I prefer to not have anything locally saved. I used to have this option set to none or 0 when the interface looked a little different.

Was your issue the same as mine Fishie? Very slow transfer to local cache? If so, what exactly did you do to fix it? I'm still transferring at sub 10 MB/sec between virtualized drives where I don't have any issues if I bypass cloud drive itself.

    File copy very slow

I'm experiencing a similar issue, but I'm not sure which version it started on. When I copy a file to my cloud drive, it saves it locally, and then uploads it to the cloud. The problem is that it is transferring the file VERY slowly to the local drive area. I was transferring @ 10 MB/sec to an SSD. I decided to try another drive to see if something maybe was taxing the drive . I created a VHD on another HDD I have ,attached it to my host, and let it run the Cloud Drive on there. Now, I'm transferring @ 2 MB/sec, if I'm lucky, on this HDD. If I take Stablebit Cloud Drive out of the equation and try to copy from/to these drives manually, I get 100 MB/sec and upwards. Since this issue has nothing to do with the internet connection, what do you think may be causing this? Look at the below image. http://i.imgur.com/xeo3P1g.png These two transfers are from the same physical source HDD to the same physical destination HDD. The top one is being transferred via Stablebit CloudDrive's mounted drive. The bottom one is being transferred directly to the storage where the "CloudPart" files reside. http://i.imgur.com/j2NPdEY.png If I wasn't doing them both at the same time, I would be getting ~2.5 MB/sec on the Cloud Drive transfer and ~100 MB/sec on the direct transfer. To add, I was never able to fully use 100% of my HDD speed when transferring to the local area of Stablebit CloudDrive, but I was able to use much more than 10 MB/Sec. I think it used to transfer at 60-70 MB/sec or so.
  13. Hello, I came across this thread and noticed that I have 7 files on my Amazon Cloud Drive marked as photos out of 1 TB. I did as you said above and created a ticket, but I cannot attach the chunk as it is exactly 10 MB in size and your attachment function is not allowing it and I'm unable to compress it below 10 MB. I attached it via dropbox. I hope that is alright.
  14. I went ahead and installed the latest version, 802 over my 777 install. It looks like doing this requires me to restart anyways, haha. After restart, CloudDrive correctly started uploading again. I'll add to my notes that restarting "StableBit CloudDrive Service" is the proper way to restart CloudDrive without restarting the machine.
  15. Hi, I've recently run into an issue where it appears my clouddrive isn't creating new connections for uploading (both google drive and amazon cloud drive). Downloading is working fine. I assume that restarting my computer would likely fix this problem, but I'd prefer not to do that. Is there an easy way to restart the application? I see there's 2 services, "Stablebit CloudDrive Service and StableBit CloudDrive Shutdown Service" I would have restarted them already, but I'd like to err on the side of caution as I don't want any possible corruption. Can I just restart the "Stablebit CloudDrive Service" to let it re-establish itself?
  16. I'm seeing the "web settings" portion missing entirely on my end.
  17. I get the same output in details when I check "unsafe Direct I/O" Smart attributes for device: 13 Version: 0 Offline data collection status: NeverStartted Self-test execution status: PreviousCompletedNoErorrOrNoTestRun Self-test percent remaining: 0 To complete off-line data collection: 00:00:00 Off-line data collection capability: 0 SMART capability: 0 Error logging capability: False Short self-test polling time: 00:00:00 Extended self-test polling time: 00:00:00 Conveyance self-test polling time: 00:00:00 Attributes: 0 Checksum valid: True To be clear, this is the only drive with this issue out of 15 drives all of which are on the same controller/backplane
  18. I'm using Windows server 2012 Stablebit Scanner 2.5.3062 This is the only disk that exhibits a problem and all of them are connected over the same backplane. controller is listed as "LSI Adapter, SAS2 2308 Mustang" They are all using a supermicro sas2 846 EL1 backplane. WMI SMART attributes are not lighting up Direct I/O SMART Attributes are lighting up Here is the info when I click on the ... next to the direct i/o SMART Attributes http://i.imgur.com/vJ8e3Ld.png Smart attributes for device: 13 Version: 0 Offline data collection status: NeverStartted Self-test execution status: PreviousCompletedNoErorrOrNoTestRun Self-test percent remaining: 0 To complete off-line data collection: 00:00:00 Off-line data collection capability: 0 SMART capability: 0 Error logging capability: False Short self-test polling time: 00:00:00 Extended self-test polling time: 00:00:00 Conveyance self-test polling time: 00:00:00 Attributes: 0 Checksum valid: True When I click Unsafe Direct I/O, I get the same information as above That "SMART capability: 0" doesn't make me too hopeful lol. I went through all the manual options. The only time SMART Attirbutes lighted up was at the original "AtaPassThrough"
  19. I pulled an HDD from my NAS and decided to run it in my computer, so I formatted it and let Stablebit scanner populate. When I checked the smart data, it appears as though all of it is missing minus temperature. Does anyone have an idea why this may be happening. I tried some google searches, but either I don't know what to search for or it's not coming up. Picture below of what I see in the Scanner http://i.imgur.com/V0K59VL.png
  20. I'm experiencing something similar, although I have not reformatted the drive yet. My drive has 136 unreadable sectors resulting in 68kb of unreadable space on the disk. I went through the file search procedure and found that only 1 file was affected. I deleted said file and wrote a new version of the file to the HDD. I reset the block and let it rescan finding the same unreadable amount of space, but no files affected. How would I go about fixing the status on this drive? Is a reformat necessary? Does reformatting mark this block so that it doesn't get written to again and thus will pass the HDD scan? Would doing so mark this drive as healthy assuming I set the current S.M.A.R.T data to ignore the current unreadable sectors? Here is a picture of the affected block http://imgur.com/sH7jShO
  21. Thanks so much for the info. For curiosity sake, Since I can only have the drive attached to 1 CloudDrive installation at a time, can I share this drive in Windows or SMB for other computers to have access to without any issues? I assume yes, but I want to make sure .
  22. Hi, I wanted to know what the best practice is for moving stablebit CloudDrive to a new OS. I currently run it in Hyper-V on Windows Server 2012 R2. Do I just detach the drive, install stablebit CloudDrive on the new VM, and then after connecting the account it'll show me that I can connect the drive? I have yet to detach a drive, so i'm kind of not clear on this process. Do I need to back anything up or migrate anything manually? Where will it ask for my encrpyption key (I used the full drive encryption)?
