  1. That's why you should also run something like Snapraid so if you lose a drive, you use the parity drive to restore all the drive's contents to a replacement drive. Then it doesn't matter where files are stored on physical drives.
  2. Question is, why would you care if all the files from a particular BR were spread over different physical disks? The point of DrivePool is you no longer need to worry/care where files are placed across physical disks. If you want to bring them back together again just move them from the pool drive to a normal standalone drive (your C drive or whatever) and they'll all be together again on one physical drive, not that it makes any difference.
  3. Actually checking more closely I think it's only taking 2-3 hours before it stops showing current activity. No one else see this? Running the latest 2.1.1.561 build.
  4. For a while now I've noticed that if I leave the DrivePool GUI application open for a while, after some period of time (and it maybe days, not sure as my server is on 24/7), any activity on the pool is no longer shown even though I know there's stuff going on. Just closing and re-opening the application kicks it back into life again but then after some period it again stops showing what's going on. I think it's just the activity section that stops updating as I think the pie chart with free space etc. is all updating. Anyone else come across or notice this? Not the end of the world but annoying none the less.
