Solved it myself with a few tricks: First I stopped sharing of both folders. The I added the OneDrive folder as a server folder in the whs2011 dashboard. Next I shared both OneDrive subfolders by right clicking them in windows explorer and adding rights for the users. I cannot make easy modifications to it from the whs2011 dashboard anymore, but other than that I'm happy with the solution.

I agree that it must be a permissions issue, or a conflict between OneDrive and DrivePool. I've uploaded the logs.

After changing 2 of my server folders to be synced with OneDrive, I'm unable to turn on duplication for these folders. Am I trying to do something unsupported? (Toegang geweigerd is Dutch for Access Denied)
