It's a bit of a long shot but perhaps on the E and F drives, the PoolPart.* folder is not hidden and on the D and G drives it is? You can set Windows Explorer to show hidden files and folders.

You have not stated how much data you have in your DrivePool. I just use the default DrivePool Balancers, and over time, the drives will fill up with data more or less equally. If you just started moving data onto DrivePool, it may be that not all drives have been used yet. The DrivePool GUI gives a visual graph of the usage of your drives. If there is not much difference, I would not be concerned.
If you see one drive half full and another empty, then you might need to check which Balancers you have turned on and your Balancing settings in the DrivePool GUI. I have my settings to automatically balance the drives as needed.

Have a similar problem with using the DrivePool GUI on one of my remote computers. Got the error message "Licence not Found/valid" despite DrivePool is up and running fine on the server. I have narrowed down my issue to having different DrivePool versions on the server and that remote computer, i.e. the server is running Version 2.2.4.1162 whereas the remote computer had the latest update. So, I tried to update my server with the latest version of DrivePool, but it does not auto update and when I click on force update check, it just says it will notify me but does not. So I'll have to figure out how to update manually.
Now I wonder if my license will work if I update DrivePool on my server. My license number for DrivePool GUI did not work on the update version on my remote computer.
Currently I am using Remote Desktop to control DrivePool on my server from a remote computer, but the remote DrivePool GUI would be my preferred method.

pulled my working whs 2011 and installed new system drive with 2012 r2
 
all seems fine however
 
cannot see server on my network
 
can rdp into it
 
but it seems the server cannot also connect to the internet especially windows update
 
any ideas PLEASE :-(

Awesome. And I definitely know I responded to the email, now. 

You can reuse it. If it won't let you activate it, send in a support ticket and they will deactivate it from your old system.

Ah, okay. Then yeah, that's probably not a good thing then.
 
As for why the WD tool gave the drive an "all clear" ... some SMART values are marked as "pre failure", meaning that they're "more important. Also, there is a threshold value on most drives. If the value isn't marked as pre-failure (and I don't think it is), and it's not above the threshold, the drive may not be flagged as bad by the manufacturer's utilities. 
 
But if StableBit Scanner is running into bad sectors as well... then definitely a good idea to replace it.

also had to use custom name in scanner as it showed "disk drive"  where all the others show the full western digital description

I think it was your thread that I referred to :-)... There's definitely a bug in there, and I would have left the version installed if I knew it was still working under the hood.  Got a little nervous and went back to the stable build.

Last night I see this.
 

 
So following a similar post, I reset (delete everything out of the Program Data StableBit folder) and left it over night to run. Same problem this morning.  Pool is organized but all stats are incomplete and everything greyed out.??

If it makes you feel any better... i'm also experiencing this issue (or very similar). If it's what I think it is, it's a very very weird issue, and fairly rare.

I'm not sure this is a bug.  It looks like that you may have accidently click on the "Drive Letter" column and caused it to be sorted by drive letter. c/d, e, f, g, h, l.  Instead of by port number, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
 
If this is the case (and I suspect that it is), don't feel bad at all. It took me a few minutes and a couple read through's to actually notice that.
