[Any way to disable balancing?]

Any way to disable balancing? 

 

I'm using it with SnapRaid so i'm afraid a random re-balance outside my control will  ruin my data redundancy. Is there a way I'm missing in the UI to turn that off? 

 

edit: nevermind. I FINALLY found the settings in this app. WOW  that does not stand out in the UI.

I'm a bit concerned with it being a per machine license. 

 

Does this mean if I change motherboard / cpu I have to buy the software again?
