I think the answer could be in the Notes of the Ordered File Placement plugin: * By default, this plug-in will override any folder based or pattern based file placement rules. In order for folder based or pattern based rules to take priority over this plug-in you can change the balancing settings on the "Settings" tab as follows: * UNCHECK "File placement rules respect real-time file placement limits set by the balancing plug-ins." * CHECK "Balancing plug-ins respect file placement rules." * UNCHECK "Unless the drive is being emptied." However, I don't think you even need to use the Ordered File Placement plugin for your use case. If you just want all your TV shows together in 'Media 2', the File Placement rules you have set will accomplish that. I don't know what the Order File Placement plugin is doing for you at all...

Your asking about the unduplicated data that is lost getting restored from your backup? I think you’d have to rely on a 3rd party tool to compare your backup to the pooled drive. Something like FreeFileSync would do the trick nicely I think. I'm reletively new here, but I haven't read about any kind of report that would list the files lost in this scenario. Maybe others will jump in and correct me.

When DrivePool is setup to evacuate a disk on SMART warnings from Scanner, and I've enabled moving out both unduplicated and duplicated data, will it prioritize unduplicated first, and then move on to duplicated? Just want to confirm how it works before I enable the evacuation for duplicated data if that's going to increase the risk of losing unduplicated. Also, related question, are there any plans to allow some customization on what SMART warnings will trigger an evacuation vs which ones wont? I've read on here that certain SMART warnings arn't usually/necessarily critical which is why it's not enabled by default, so it would be nice to be able to ignore certain ones. Anyway, just curious. New user here to DP and Scanner and loving it so far! :)
