    Recursive delete?

I am trying to delete a bunch of .nfo files from many different subdirectories inside a parent folder on my DrivePool. The .nfo files appear in the following folder structure: G:\ParentFolder\Folder1\Folder2\ After opening up a command prompt and CD'ing into ParentFolder, I type "del *.nfo /s" which normally executes a recursive delete of all applicable files in subdirectories. However, I get the following error message instead: "Could Not Find G:\ParentFolder\*.nfo" As I said, this command works perfectly in a non-drive pool setting. I have tried opening the command prompt with administrator privileges, but that has not worked. Am I not able to complete recursive deletions in command prompt when working in a pooled drive?
  2. I understand that it's recommended to not add USB hard drives to your pool. Does the same apply to eSATA drives? Thanks!
  3. I have a large external hard drive that I'd like to use purely for duplicating certain folders from my DrivePool. Is there a way to control this? Ideally, since it's external, I'd like to be able to remove the drive when it's not needed (e.g., when I'm not copying files to the pool).
  4. Thanks for the response. I know I am using the default balancing settings. Also, here's a screenshot of my dashboard if it's helpful. I'm happy to provide more information.
  5. I recently added a large external hard drive to my drive pool that has allowed me to enable file duplication. After all the dust settled after the duplication, however, I am now getting the message "File distribution is not optimal." Clicking on "re-balance" results in the same message. Is this truly an error, or is it simply the result of the balancing plug-ins I have selected, the particular folder sizes, and amount of space on my drive pool? Many thanks.
