	I can't use the <a href="https://stablebit.com/Contact" rel="external nofollow">https://stablebit.com/Contact</a> process.  After submitting the form info, the next step I need to click on a Validate button but it just reload the page.  I've tried two different browsers (Firefox and Opera (Chromium rendering backend), current standard versions) and also trying each's Private mode to take plugins/extensions out of the mix, but all are failing the same way.

	So; after updating windows to latest version my clouddrive disk started not showinng up in "my computer"<br />
	checking task manager and i see the clouddrive is at max use, but the simplebit softare is not reporting anything.<br />
	Taskmanager says "SYstem" is using alot on disk.<br />
	Whilst trying to find the problem i noticed virus scanning exclustions are not available anymore, can that be the problem?

				I've been using DrivePool on my home server with good results and decided to try it on my main PC w/ two 4 TB HGST NAS drives, two 1 TB WD Black drives, and a 1 TB M600 SSD (not OS). The issue is that<span> </span><em>all files</em><span> </span>that I move to the pool are written to the drive "HGST-2b", which is relatively slow. The files get balanced to the correct drives, but I don't want to slow down write speeds (ideally, the pool would write to multiple different drives at once dependent on file placement rules). Short of removing drive 2B and reinstalling, here the things I've tried:

				<li style="font-size:1em;padding:0px;">

						Installed the SSD plugin at top priority and set two drives as SSDs
					</p>
				</li>
				<li style="font-size:1em;padding:0px;">
					<p style="font-size:1em;padding:0px;">
						The folders that the files are in are NOT allowed to be on drive 2B and files are never allowed to be placed on a disk other than those specified
					</p>
				</li>
			</ul>

	But do you have a product that can Map Drives such as Google Drives, onedrive or SFTP

Transferred all files into storagepool. Moved drives to server and did install. Everything seemed fine until I started old whs OS up and drivepool tried taking ownership again of drives. Now going back to traid I am showing hidden files totaling all the data but they are hidden. I have found their are PoolPart folders on each drive with all my media but they are hidden. No idea what to do at this point. <p>So I started to play around with Bitflock on my lappy. This one has a Plextor M5-PRO 512GB SSD. Two statistics I am worried about:</p>
<p>1. Wear Leveling Count: 81702</p>
<p>2. Total LBAs Written: 210,728,448 B (201 MB)</p>
<p> </p>
<p>After running an I/O intensive SQL script, these changed to:</p>
<p>1. Wear Leveling Count: 81898 (+196)</p>
<p>2. Total LBAs Written: 211,411,968 B (202 MB)</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Could it be that the interpretation rules are not fully correct ("Using Plextor / Marvell SSD specific rules.")? Should I be worried? Not sure the SSD should last for 80K P/E cycles and the idea that only 1MB was written during this operations, let alone that 202 MB was written over 2 years is absurd.</p>

<p>I am building a new server and plan to use Drivepool.</p>
<p>I am a little foggy on a few things though. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>I get that there is "theoretically" a Pedabite limit due to Windows constraints.</p>
<p>And I get that I do not have to assign every hard drive a letter in Windows.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>And no, I do not have 26 drives...but I like to know my options and limits.  Also, even at 10 or better drives, that screen would get cluttered.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>So...my questions are...</p>
<p>If I do not assign letters to the drives, how do I locate a drive if it has failed?</p>
<p> </p>
<p>And frankly, even with letters assigned to the drives...coming from Server Vers 1 with Wireframe, it is nice to have some grahical way to see where in your setup the failing drive is.</p>
<p>Is there any way or any add on to do this with in Drivepool?</p>

<p>I currently have a LSI SAS adapter with 8 SATA3 drives attached.  I can enable smart features in scanner and they work fine.  My problem is bitflock sees no info from scanner/HDD's regarding smart and temp.  Basically enabling unsafeIO in scanner does not carry over to bitflock.  All other 8 SATA drives connected to MB are fine in bitflock, only SAS adapter</p>

<p>Is it possible to get SAS unsafeIO SMART data from scanner/HDD to bitflock nest?</p>

<p>For some time now, maybe a few weeks or maybe a couple months, I have been unable to update my nest or even create a new nest. I have run BitFlock_1_0_0_547U.exe on multiple machines, even fresh installations, and every one of them comes back with:</p>

<p>"There was an error updating your nest on the server."</p>

<p>I believe this problem has been further compounded, when it comes to how the StableBit Scanner connects to Bitflock.com.</p>
<p>StableBit Scanner is constantly is telling me:</p>
<p>"S.M.A.R.T. Failure"</p>
<p>"One or more disks are expected to fail within 24 hours."</p>

<p>When it believes one of my drives is about to fail, Reallocated Sectors Count is outside the normal range for the specified drive. The value for Reallocated Sectors Count is always zero. After opening the Smart settings for the drive in question and looking at the values for a bit, StableBit Scanner will update its assessment and magically the zero value is back in the normal range for the drive. This is happening periodically across all my drives.</p>

<p>I believe my StableBit Scanner issues in the same as <a href="https://community.covecube.com/index.php?/topic/219-periodic-smart-info-warning/" rel="">http://community.covecube.com/index.php?/topic/219-periodic-smart-info-warning/</a> but I have completely different drives that didn't give me problems 2 months ago.</p>

<p>I feel the issues with StableBit Scanner are ultimately issues with BitFlock.com</p>
<p> </p>
<p>I have clicked the Update button at the bottom of Smart window, it does update the data, and returns the status to normal. I have also submitted to Bitflock.com for analysis and that was sucessful as well. Its given me an ID that I don't have a password to and therefore cannot check. I have done these steps and still, a few minutes later, the popup message will show up again for another drive on my machine.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>When I run BitFlock_1_0_0_547U.exe /offlinesave it scans, I'm able to specify where to safe the file, and then the program errors.</p>

<p>Update:</p>
<p>I have run your BitFlock_1_0_0_547U.exe tool on 4 machine now. 3 out of the 4 machines work successfully!</p>
<p>I even have the same 4TB Seagate NAS drives in two of the other machines and they never give me false failure warning. Only the machine above seems to have issue services.</p>

<p>Recently tried to run it, which it does but fails to show report or update.</p>

<p>I then get an error report popup but that fails as well !!!!!!</p>

<p>I have unlocked the file and i run as Admin !!!!</p>
