Drive NOT fully emptied after drive removal, support form on website broken

ad-d

Question

I have problems after removing a drive through drivepool software, drive is NOT fully emptied after drive removal.  313GB out of 5.9TB still remains on drive (4,000+ files), no idea if this data is now properly duplicated within pool!

Tried to send message for help but support form on the website is broken!  Impossible to get past the validation stage...

Can someone at Covecube please send me an email address instead where I can get support?

Looks like this was an intermittent issue. Should work now.

The files left on the drive should be in a "PoolPart.xxxxx" folder. If the files were duplicated, then the software should reduplicate the data automatically. But you can force this by remeasuring the pool.

Otherwise, the files should be in a "PoolPart.xxxxx" folder on the drive. You can copy the contents from there to the pool, to verify that the data is present on the pool.
