Mounting a drive after you have downloaded its complete data folder from the cloud....

Is it possible to download the data folder for a drive hosted on Amazon and then mount it locally?

Not directly. The formatting is different.

 

That said, Alex and I have discussed this, and there is stuff that we can do to help facilitate this.

Well, Alex has already pushed out a new beta build that includes a tool to convert Amazon Cloud Drive disks to a local disk. 

It's not exactly "point and click", and takes a bit to use it properly. but he did test it out and it should work.
