The "SSD Life" value is read from the drive.  

 

Meaning that you have roughly 33% of the "life" left.  

The specific meaning of this varies from drive to drive. But most likely, it means that the drive has used that much of the "spare" cells.  Once you hit "0%", you may start seeing performance degradation and other issues.
