DP duplication stuck at 0.2% for 2 days. Any way to find out why? Log file(s)?

Question

After my failed drives hassle DP can't seem to get past 0.2% when Duplicating. It's been there for a couple days now. Is there a log file I can check to see what the problem is?

Is there another way to give DP the boot to make it move? I won't be surprised if it's a hardware issue, but I don't know how to find out what the exact issue is. I've got a Mediasonic Probox 8 bay drive enclosure that's been working for years. USB 3.0. Just had 2 drives fail in quick succession. Removed one, but the other died before I could "remove" it. And I hadn't been able to get the duplication done from removing the first drive when the second one died.

That's where I'm at. Any help is appreciated.

Restarting the service should "boot it" as you've said.  To do this, run "services.msc", find the "StableBit DrivePool Service" and restart it.

It may take a while to complete, if it has ran into an issue.

If this continues to happen, then try enabling file system logging and re-run the duplication pass (or just let it run).

Tried restarting the system, making sure the service was running, etc. No help. Finally figured out (at least I think) that it was a folder that was set up as a local web site running xampp I believe. ServerPress. I totally gutted the permissions and was able to delete the folder, nothing there I needed. DP is making progress now. Slow, but progress.
